Each builder goes through a thorough vetting process before being introduced to you — including interviews, reference checks, insurance verification, background checks and more.
We usually introduce you to 2–3 builders, so you have options and can compare quotes with confidence.
Pay securely and stay protected
Once you’ve chosen your builder, we provide a clear contract structure designed to protect your interests, with built-in protections and a clear, staged payment process. For smaller projects, this may mean a deposit and one or two follow-up payments. For larger builds, payments are typically linked to key milestones.
The initial deposit allows the builder to book in your project and get started. After that, the rest of your payments follow an escrow-like process — released only when each stage is completed, giving you peace of mind throughout.
Receive ongoing support throughout your project
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who’ll be there to guide you through key decisions and offer support throughout the journey. They’re not project managers, but they’re always just a message away if you need help or want a second opinion.
