Q: What can I expect after joining the membership?
A: When you make a payment, you will also select the date you want your membership to start. You will receive a unique promo code on your start date, which you can use to book any Guru on the platform.

Q: What can I expect when making a booking?
A: Once you've selected your Guru and a date & time that works for you, there will be a Booking Form for you to fill out (prior to payment). Please share the topic you would like to discuss with the Guru. We will follow up via email or Whatsapp with a Session Prep Form, where we will ask you more specific questions regarding your needs and preferences, and you will have the chance to upload photos/images/links. This will allow you to make the most of your time with the Guru.

Q: How should I prepare for the session?
A: Here are our top tips:

After you make a booking, you will receive a short Session Prep Form to fill out. The more detail you include, the more value the Guru will be able to add to your session

Be prepared to show your space over video chat. This allows you to explain your challenge and allows the Guru to dig deeper into what you're looking to achieve

This is your chance to pick the Guru's brain. So collect as many questions as you can think of relating to your topic, and ask away!

Q: How do I get in touch with the Guru for my session?
A: Once you've made a booking, you can either connect through Zoom at your scheduled time, or if chose to connect through Whatsapp during your booking, the Guru will reach out to you on Whatsapp at your scheduled booking time.

Q: What if I want to change my booking?
A: Please give us at least 2 hours' advance notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your booking. For details on how to cancel or reschedule, and conditions for no-shows and late arrivals, please see Terms of Use.

Q: What if I miss my session?
A: If you miss your session, you will be required to pay for the full booking amount. Our Gurus are highly sought after and often forego other bookings in order to serve you. Additionally, our Gurus are committed to a high quality experience and often take time to prepare for a session.

Q: What if I didn't find value in the service?
A: Please email us at hello@hiiguru.com with the title 'Refund Request' and with a short explanation in the email body, and we will process a refund for the full amount paid for the service.

Q: Does HiiGuru serve my country?
A: Currently, we operate in English. Design is universal, which means our Gurus are able to offer relevant & high quality interior design expertise, no matter where you are in the world.

Q: What do I do if I need advice ASAP?
A: You can filter for Gurus that are immediately available by selecting 'Available Today' in the filter on the Find My Guru page.
