Service Description

Once your drawings are ready, get a Guru to prepare and submit all the forms and documents for your planning application. A Certificate of Lawfulness is valuable when a proposal falls under Permitted Development Rights. Having one can help protect the value of your house in the future when you eventually decide to sell, should any rules change. The fee of the application is not included and is payable directly to the Local Planning Authority.
